1. Who we are

RedSeal Sourcing ("we") is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

When you fill in one of our forms (including lead forms on Facebook and Instagram), email us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number;
• your company or store name and website link;
• business information you share: order volume, main markets, product categories and best-sellers, current purchase prices and suppliers, IOSS status, challenges and timing;
• the content of our exchanges.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your quote request and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To follow up on your request and send you related business information — our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
• To manage orders, invoicing and accounting if you become a client — contract and legal obligations (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

4. Who receives it

Your data is only shared with people who need it to serve you: our team, and our sourcing, quality-control and logistics partners in China, solely to prepare your quote and fulfil your orders. Technical providers process data on our behalf: Meta Platforms Ireland (lead forms on Facebook and Instagram), Netlify (website hosting and our quote form), Cloudflare (domain name and email routing), Google (email), WhatsApp (messaging) and, only if you accept cookies, Microsoft (Clarity analytics). We never sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some recipients are located outside the European Union (China, United States). These transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, for certified US providers, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

• Prospects: 3 years after our last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of our business relationship, then as required by law (accounting documents: 10 years).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy (portability) by writing to contact@redsealsourcing.com. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies by default. If you click "Accept" in our cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity then sets analytics cookies; your choice is kept for up to 13 months. If you refuse, Clarity is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of each page.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
